The service I received from Anissa Elmecheri is the sales department was excellent. She was friendly, information and very helpful. The service was fast but not pushy, I didn't have to wait for days for an answer or reply. She called first to introduce herself but was happy to communicate with email. She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. Although we did not order a vehicle with Pink car leasing this time it was due to make and model availability definitely not the service I was receiving. Thank you!

Great service from PCL. My contact was Alex Maskell, on initial contact I was given an updated quote which was cheaper again. Ordering the car was easy and all options explained. No hard sell or pushy tactics at all. I was kept up to date with all expected delivery times and any questions I had were answered promptly. Will 100% use again when current lease nears it end.
